Shipping & Delivery Policies
-Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
-Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange the delivery details.
-Please make sure your phone number and address are correct to avoid any delays.
-If the courier can't reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be returned, and a new delivery can be arranged with an extra shipping fee.
Inspection Policy
Inspection is available upon receipt of the product; you can try on the size and ensure the product is undamaged.
Exchange & Refund Policy
- The product can be exchanged for another product, with the difference and shipping costs paid only.
- If a damaged, defective, or different product is received, we offer a full refund or a free replacement, with no additional shipping costs, within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns or exchanges can be made via messages on our pages.
