3. Products & Availability
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently due to screen settings.

All items are subject to availability. If a product is sold out after your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Prices are listed in EGP.
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Egypt.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier services or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fashion retail, items can only be returned or exchanged if they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Requests must be made within 25 hours of delivery.
